She holds a fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine and has obtained certificates in Plant-Based Nutrition and Women’s Health.
She is a lifelong learner and has done additional training in Menopause, Integrative Women’s health, Herbal Medicine and Medicinal Cannabis.
She is also a mum with three children and understands the challenges when juggling work and family while also prioritising personal health.
